Required Educational Qualification and Experience:
Ph.D. in Textile Engineering, Technology/Science/ OR Textile/Apparel Management from HEC recognized local or any foreign university with 07 years working knowledge / professional experience in dealing with the sector including a proven track record of experience in government policies and programs related to Textile Sector
OR
Masters in Textile Engineering, Technology/Science from HEC recognized local or any foreign university with 09 years working knowledge / professional experience in dealing with government’s policies and programs related to Textile Sector. Ph.D. in Textile Engineering/ Economics/ Engineering Management Advance Material Engineering/ Fiber Technology from HEC recognized local or any foreign university with ’05 years’ working knowledge / professional experience in dealing with government policies and programs related to Textile Sector
OR
Masters in Textile Engineering/ Economics/ Engineering Management/Advance Material Engineering Fiber Technology from HEC recognized local or any foreign university with 07 years working knowledge / professional experience in dealing with government’s policies and programs related to Textile Sector.
Ph.D. in Textile Engineering, Technology/Science/ OR Textile/Apparel Management from HEC recognized local or any foreign university with 03 years working knowledge / professional experience in dealing with the sector in public or private organizations at senior positions.

Masters in Textile Engineering, Technology/Science from HEC recognized local or any foreign university with 05 years working knowledge / professional experience in dealing with the sector in public or private organizations at senior positions.

Terms & Conditions/Instructions:
i. Recruitments will be made as per MP Scales Policy, 2020 issued by the Establishment Division, Government of Pakistan vide its O.M. No. 1/3/2022-E-6/E-8 dated 24-05-2021 (as amended from time to time).
ii. The appointments will be made on contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years further extendable for a maximum period of two (02) years on annual (yearly) basis subject to satisfactory performance.
iii. The candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively at national and international levels, commitment to professionalism, discipline, integrity, strong technical and management skills and ability to coach/guide and lead the cross-functional teams.
